Zellige tiles are traditional Moroccan tiles made from natural clay sourced in regions like Fez. The clay is shaped, dried, glazed, and fired in kilns using traditional techniques that have been used for centuries.
After firing, each tile is cut by hand into small shapes and assembled into patterns or installed individually for modern designs.
Because every tile is handmade, there are slight variations in color, texture, and thickness. These variations are not defects β they are what make zellige tiles unique and beautiful.
